I struggle with the whole panic buying thing but the question I really ask myself is "why toilet paper?"
If I was going to panic buy there would be many things I would choose before toilet paper e.g. food , medical supplies etc in fact bog roll would be way down the list as you can easily make do without it.
Seems more than a little strange to me.
Is anyone able to provide a rational explanation?
