there is a rational explanation for the toilet paper run and it's this.... A few weeks ago there were Govt officials and quasi-medical experts saying we should prepare for a serious C-virus outbreak. Among their ill-informed opinions was that punters should prepare themselves for the outbreak by stocking up on essentials such as toilet paper, and punters took their shoddy advice to heart. If these nobody politicians and unqualified experts, touted by the brain-dead media, had kept their mouths shut there never would have been any supply crisis of anything.
and I just read that the Australian Govt. is planning some sort of age-identity check for those wishing to view porn on the internet to prevent minors from accessing it. It would be a good idea to prevent minors from accessing such material - but anyone even barely acquainted with the internet knows it cannot be done. Many countries have tried and failed - but not the Australian Govt. always late to the party and with no solution to anything. Were there ever a thicker bunch of people than our politicians?
