The news flow is remarkable - yet another article trumpeting Alkane's pilot demonstration plant and its chemical breakthrough in isolating heavy rare earths.

Excerpts from the article;

"A renowned rare earths specialist believes work being undertaken by Alkane Resources on its Dubbo zirconia project in New South Wales could hold the key to treating the worlds eudialyte deposits and open up a new source for heavy lanthanides (rare earth elements).......Dr Tony Mariano said the rare earths industry was paying close attention to the work being undertaken by Alkane at Dubbo".

Chalmers talks about the sophisticated process which Alkane would like to patent due to its worldwide value in economically inlocking heavy rare earths in "eudialyte style deposits". Also up for discussion is the interest which several offtake suppliers have expressed in investing in the DZP.

Suppliers are lining up to participate - investors will follow.
