I like your thinking and you would have to imagine that the QLD gov will get a lot of flack from this, however, it wont stop investment in QLD full stop like you indicate. The big business and multi's run QLD and they don't want these little players getting in the way of them. The lobbying from these groups are bigger that TC Yasi and that little premier has no guts in standing up to them - in fact, i'd go far as to say that the whole incident has been sabotage imo.
