From my experience of RIGHT and WRONG in our legal system it's not whether you are legally right it's who has the deepest pockets. Qld government only have to keep the legal option going until after the end of the year and it's all over anyway. IMO I wouldn't go down the legal option.

I reckon the last one out of Kingaroy please turn out the lights because I can see their power bills going up or will they cry poor farmers can't afford to pay their power bills and want the public sector to subsidize that as well.

Kingaroy is know for PEANUTS and that is exactly what they are a bunch of Peanuts. Except you Bunya. I for one will be buying imported peanuts in the future.
