Your comments are illogical... The electricity generators are unable to invest in nuclear or even begin planning because of the Legislative prohibition on nuclear energy.
First step... Remove the legislative prohibition
Second step... shift government policy to allow market capital investment and nuclear choice.
Third step... allow the market once unhampered by restrictive legislation to make the investment decisions...
