If Trump gets up like it appears, have a thought for what this means around the world.

Trump wants to tear up the Iran agreement. Israel and Saudi Arabia have mutual hatred of Iran and have co-operated in the past with regard to airspace and destroying mutual enemies. SA and Iran already in a proxy war. This would normally be good for oil but global growth is about to fall off a cliff so that does not bode well. You reckon Trump has the skills to bring peace to the Middle East when much better diplomats could not?
Sorry Syrians, you are on your own now, and as for you Kurds, thanks for your help but with Turkey in Northern Iraq and in no mood to leave, you're pretty well screwed. Of course, Russia and Turkey have no love lost.

Lithuania, Lativa and Estonia? To the barricades friends. NATO? With elections in France, Germany and Italy on the way, its an empty shell at best in two years time particularly with Trump's attitude to alliances. I have always believed Taiwan is on the clock for its existence and with the South China Sea all but lost, your flank is exposed as well. South Korea is in strife and a new president will find its usual scapegoat (Japan) to blame for all its woes.

Steelworker and coal mining jobs are not coming back. The jobs you can get with a high school diploma have been lost to the microchip so they are not coming back in the numbers Trump says.
Trickle down economics and the Laffer Curve? Please. Lets keep things real.

And lastly, checks and balances?? Did checks and balances stop torture, black prisons and a foolhardy invasion of Iraq? Did checks and balances stop the Vice President creating his own intelligence agency to create his own intelligence? They are a mirage.
