As a biomed, I find the concept interesting. Commercial success can be very different to successful ideas/concept. Nokia can market junk and people will buy it. Coke can make a million variations and make a profit. Coke versus homebrand. pure marketing.

Beta video, best technology. Huge failure.

Conceptually ISN have a great idea (can't give MT credit for it) and it is patent protected. It's early stage detection of an asthma attack (tick), it's preventative via management (tick), it's non-invassive(tick), portable (tick), cutting edge (tick), 'relatively' inexpensive (tick).
