I would think those questions have been answered. Obviously the sp hinges on gen2. As for 'shareholder value' it's possible the company knew sp would still be suppressed after gen1 release. Certainly most holders weren't expecting much of a boost.
They are following a certain path. They haven't deviated from that and they are meeting deadlines. Maybe they keep an eye on the sp. Maybe they don't. At the end of the day not much they can do other than release gen2.
Gen2 is expected 6-12months. So it's really wait and see until then. Will global markets tank? Will ISN try to cap raise? tax loss selling? etc...Probably a lean month.
