    The explanation is very simple - market wide behaviour for this type of stock.

    Not stock specific at all.

    eg AW1 has dropped a higher % and is tier 1 copper company in the making. So not management and not the resource but the situation - revenue >6 months away and high possibility of more raises being required before the $$ roll in.
