Wonder what the vale exec's think of this with the marginal producer in mind with a fy17 exit guidance of $40/tonne. From what I can see fmg C1 $15 + $11 shipping, royalty, admin ( 2015 annual report; costs probably lower now ) + $3 interest + $2 capex = $31 estimated current all in costs with fmg touting further reductions.
Wonder what the vale exec's think of this with the marginal...
