I am not convinced that foreign investment is playing such a large part in propping up the market, almost seems like veiled racism from some commentators in the media trying to fuel the debate. Median priced properties, the investors and mortgage belt bread and butter don't interest the foreign investors, they are chasing the high end stuff that only a small percentage can afford anyway.
