There is an excellent research article in the Business Insider (US online site),carried out by CIBC and Ernst and Young.Lots of detail, grades, capex, opex, future supply and demand, future price projections, etc.
It is titled "the Rare Earth Projects That will Reshape the Industry".
ARU Nolans project is listed and will be a future player, as well as 6 or 8 others.
The only potential downside is that China is making the rules right now and can change the rules at any time.
Also when all the listed projects come online there will be a downward pressure on price.
In any event ARU is in the game, and looking good at this point.
