the world's worst performing gold index?

I'm wondering if our own XGD is the wrold's worst performing index of gold shares? Are Australian listed gold shares the worst performers in the world?

The TSX gold index rose 1% last night.

The HUI closed down just 0.8% last night.

Due to the sharp fall in the AUD gold performed much better in Aussie dollars than US dollars last night.

But currently our miserable XGD Gold Index is down a whopping 175 points. That is over 3%.
