    I find it unusual for the SP to be at 9.2 c when an offer of about 16 has been put forward.

    Normally the SP and I say normally the SP will stay at 16 or even hover perhaps above pending maybe another offer, but very unusual for this to retreat to 9. Obviously everything is not clear.
