Every dog has its day and IMO this dogs day will come very soon. Both value investors and TA traders will take notice (value already should do) when this thing break this god-awful downtrend.
A few scenarios:
breakout straight through next week.
Pull back to 1.40s and form head n shoulders pattern before then breaking out. DYOR etc
