I have just jumped back in. I feel the worm has turned. Seems to be a bit more confidence in the general market. Plus buyer/seller staying positive for the first time in a long time.
Only thing worrying me is market cap is approx $500m and $2b has been spent . Not good economics.
Nothing else has changed and project is now 8 months from completion(hopefully). So psychology becomes more important.
