    Hi kenso,

    There is no T/O from Ansteel.

    According to merger scheme that Ansteel will transfer Karara and shares of GBG to Pansteel, the deal is not approved by China Securities Regulatory Commission.

    The deal is valued more than RMB 10b. For Ansteel, it is more important than Gindalbie.Ansteel won't mess up the consolidation by T/O GBG at this stage.
