by this, i believe he meant the crooks are legislated to carry on whatever.

it might be better to pull out the companies with the best management. fewer of them to post lol.

don't forget that ten of the top 50 oz companies went belly up in 1987. poor management, crims or just any tom d1ck and harry taking advantage of the easy way to rip investors guts out and do a runner.
