    I am shocked that since the 24th November when a Bpay payment I made went missing in transit, I have constantly been getting the run around from the NAB call centre staff. Must be almost 10 calls now with almost 4 hours spent on the phone and the same stonewalling.

    This has been a real eye opener to me on the level of customer service that can be expected from the NAB.

    The call centre wont even put me through to my branch manager!

    Does anybody actually DO anything at this organization except answer phones, make empty promises to call back and stone wall clients?

    Hard to believe somebody somewhere cannot look into the transaction log of a SINGLE transaction in over three weeks to see where the fund have ended up.

    Are NAB shareholders concerned that the bank might end up with a class action on it's hands after these ongoing systems problems?
