The way I see it for last two dumps.
1. SP went from 75c to 93c in one day then directors sell back to 70c, ann says directors did it, many panicked some traded the dip.
2. SP went from just arrived at 95c then to 1.12 in one day then directors raised funds.
I would argue very astute management (some wont and that's fine)
I'd rather work off the day before price for the raise so around 18% discount to 95c to me is fine.
You would struggle to raise money at 90c+ when only a few days before it just got to 95cI
(think someone did point this out)
