As an FYI - the Australian Shareholders Association is the professional body that exists to represents retail shareholder interests around Australia. That includes everyone reading and participating in this thread, whether you are a member or not.

Their correspondence in this transaction referral can be seen here: https://ibb.co/48NR6Nm

The TLDR is; they represent retail interests, they have lobbied against raisings that look like this in the past, they dont like SPPs because retail shareholders get screwed, where SPPs are used a proportional allotment (via registry analysis) should be made - Oleg Vornik confirmed this did not occur.

There's a lot of misinformation swirling around in here. I recommend people take the time to learn more about why SPP's are so bad. It's a form of raising capital that happens to be banned in the UK because it doesn't appropriately provide retail investor protections and results in deals which look exactly like this one.

Encourage anyone who feels similarly to empower themselves, write to Stephen Jones, write to the Droneshield Exec team, write to ASIC. We can post as many messages back and forth in here as we like, but its messages to these people which will drive change.
