Ah... something I've learnt over the years is that A) ASIC are useless and don't care. (Been there, done that with the Chinese taking over Brockman Resources) B) - The big end of town don't care about us retail investors. They couldn't care less.
Goodluck with your complaint to ASIC (not being smart) It would be nice to see that toothless tiger actually do something for the small guys.
