Monster, a fresh breath of air instead of the nonsense posted by all the flat earthers parroting "dilution, dilution, we're all doomed" As you point out yes more shares on issue but a bigger pie to share, in reality very little change in the intrinsic vale of each share. If the issue was just to keep the lights on, sure there would be a problem.
However with this $115 million my money is on where the bulk of the proceeds are to be spent. A large majority for more stock and more engineers, almost certainly will in the longer term mean an increase in the valuation of the company way beyond the $115 million.
