The current register is like 95% retail, and the new issuance is like 90% institutional allocation.
So you're losing about 5% in dilution, which you wouldn't have lost if they raised the capital differently.
Put another way, ~$500 on every $10k owned was transferred from your pocket, to a client of Bell Potter's pockets.
