Then Costello put 60 billion into the futures fund, for the sole purpose of paying for future UNFUNDED federal government superannuation payments.
NOW KEVIN DUDD wants to spend most of the futures fund on the broadband network, that will be a disaster again, but the Greatest of all the DUDD ventures.

Costello then left this Labour gov with 10 billion surplus.
