A while ago it was posted on here that for BMN's Production and Mining Fleet costs, it would be in the vicinity of 700m(US)
The Chinese bid is around 142m. ADD the Production and Mining fleet costs(700m). Roughly, 850m-900m for the Resource out of the Ground.imo (I dont know if those costs were the entire costs for the life of the Mine)
I see one of the conditions upon acceptance is "Continuity of Bannerman Senior management".
The above might be a sweentener to take fair value away.!imo
Has anyone an opinion on what the resource is worth in the Ground?
I can't see how this offer can be accepted if we're on a level playing field.
Any thoughts particularly on the value of the resource appreciated. TIA
