The point I am making is not the loss of upside, it is the fact that people who bet money they can not lose end up hurting more than the ceo. How much of his own money goes MS have a stake, do the research and you will see not much, specially when you consider he sold a proportion of his converted options last year. think the salary is consumerate with the size of the company.
Dont get me wrong I like MS and think he is a good CEO
