. What a fantastic business decision by the board of IPL to turn down an offer of 700 Million dollars last year for the fertiliser side of their business, WOW.
The casting vote by the CEO would probably not list in her high achievements for the year award category!
I suppose that 45mill from asset sales will help console a little, but, Nah, poor decision at a very crucial and "pivoting" time.
