calling for a change is a bit different to you assuming the original poster is selecting which countries and individuals can move to australia. Play the hand in front of you and make the conversation about how to better assimilate migrants. I don’t think it is racist if the suggestion is to have periodic reviews of migrants and criteria to meet particularly in developing English speaking and writing skills and demonstrating understanding of laws, volunteering for community for example.
