I’m sorry you’re still a home renter. I educated myself in the market and own my own home. If you could learn even a little from the market, maybe you’ll be able to own a house one day.
Once again, no company can be “valued at multiples without making a profit.” It’s because “multiple” means a multiple of profit. You can’t value income without including outgoings. Valuation models all include both.
Take this lesson positively, as time well spent. Otherwise you’ll never escape the rent trap. And do try to take a break from here. All this bluster, ramping and talking to yourself is bad for your mental health. Look for a real job and get away from your screen.
