Huckle,
I think there could be another 30M or there abouts that may be held by CMPL (CSA Project) on the early termination of the project, so if they wright it off in the last financial year the 10M-20M loss will blow out big time.
My bet is it will not be declared and will show up on this financial years reports after the lawyers slug it out.
