Zinc wharehouse stocks have fallen probably a little faster and lower to date than perhaps many thiught, which bodes well if Zn demand can remain stable.  And that brings me to China, which really is the X factor in this equation. There is a good article in the Metal Bulletin yesterday which explains more. You can join free for 7 days and read, if needed Ill post the enture article here for all.

Some commentators say that Chinas infrastructure programs will restimulate their economy soon along with private industry reforms and a growing consumer driven economy. Other argue that real estate is stalling and that this will sedate commodity prices medium term . Its a matter of what we can discern from China, a country who plays her cards close to her chest at times making it hard to predict the future. I dont think anyone knows.
