Equinix an American company trading on the NASDAQ.
If there are sovereignty concerns, wouldn't that raise a red flag as the company is probably answerable to American laws / NSA snooping on some level, even though the data is physically in Australia.
If that was a concern for me I'd prefer my data kept on Australian soil by an Australian company i.e.NextDC
