I have an alcoholic neighbour. He has 24 hour NDIS care. They get paid whether they turn up or not. A MASSIVE rort. They leave him lying on the couch in his pee and shyte and then they call the ambulance. He is in hospital now and I hope he does not come out. He has no life. Save the tax payers at least $200 000 a year to care for him.
