And if it's still their there still, is your there yet, reliant upon Monash letter outcome, or lack of outcome

If it's your there, what was the Monash letter outcome ?

If it's their there, what was the outcome of the Monash letter?

Surely one or the other qualifies as continuous disclosure.

ASX, like share holders, prefer companies to continuously disclose.

Especially considering share holders have no idea what the company is running on atm ??
