Speeding driver's sentence set for appeal after victim's father throws chair in court November 23, 2014:

A grieving dad in The Netherlands threw a chair at a judge as she handed down a
community service sentence for killing his two-year-old daughter in a car accident.

............... as he is restrained by security after a sentence of 120 hours community
service or 60 days in custody was handed down.
