Oh Colin, where were U when we needed U?

Chairwoman Jenny Hutson and managing director Chris Scott have had a close relationship since the days of travel group S8.

That company was built on the same model of consolidating a fragmented industry - in that case, travel. All went well until Scott sold out to MFS, the Gold Coast financier that later imploded amid allegations of fraud.

Before MFS's collapse, Hutson successfully lobbied for Scott and his associates to become directors of MFS. She was later appointed as an adviser to the board.
