I've been away from HC for a couple of days, so late in replying. I went for #3 as soon as I read your post, and hen scrolled through all the other responses. Most settle for 3. My reasons? Bird in the hand, nailing this one for reference and reputation, and getting on with other prospects in diagnostics and elsewhere. You've got to know when to close a deal, whether you're selling a house, a racehorse or a business. No magic formula to that. Certainly no simple formula.

Someone seemed surprised that we all came alive to your question, teasing us that we had all been saying POC1 didn't matter any more. I don't think that had been the sentiment at all - rather, that we had many more fish now to fry. POC1 is still a very good fish, as is BBI. But now there are more sitting in the esky we've just brought in from the boat. And POC1 will taste nice.
