No I don't think that previously TZ were ever this far advanced towards a listing .. certainly no so far as I know to the point that they had prepared a prospectus. Prior to the TFS fiasco it was always their stated intention to move to NASDAQ .. but that was all .. an intention. Anyway .. they have staed a number of times last year that they have been "preparing TZ for a NASDAQ listing" so I assume that a lot of the groundwork such as getting the financials in a state to satisfy "Sarbanes whatever" standards has been done.

It can't come quick enough for me .. but then again the more POs they have in hand and the bigger the backlog of orders on which to base the valuation .. the better. So .. all power to management to get those orders rolling in! The float will happen when it happens ... I'm just speculating/trying to get some idea on what we can expect by way of announcements along the way.
