Fully agree with you regarding the similarities with the last two drawdowns and puntland.
If there is a drawdown in progress then what in your opinion will the money be used for? I was under the impression that we are either fully funded or free carried for the projects/drills that we know about. I think we have even got enough to spare for the 15% of T&T ( if that is the % we eventually take up).
