My feeling is that the money is not for the future Georgia drills, simply because ( if the rumours are true) there has been accumulation of RRS/RRL over the past 2 months therefore we will be taken over once we have proved Georgia and Puntland. Perhaps even before Puntland has been proved. This leads me to suspect that the money might be for Offshore Puntland. Just my opinion.
