Have no truck with 1) though may be naive. Most company CEOs have little regard for short term stock movements and over the holiday period probably have lives to live rather than webs to spin.

As for 2), wouldn't rely on stock price not to move much during the next few months. To the contrary, expect updates and developments for the market to savor. Not saying it will gallop but likely more activity than first 6 months last year.

Much has been learnt and much interest will follow as a result of this initial exploratory drill.
