I agree and it actually states in the ann that obviously someone hasnt read in full that they have been working on the deal for over 6 months.
As soon as the memorandum is signed by the company they have to inform the ASX of the JV and cant be seen to stall or withhold that kind of info from share holders, n matter what is going on with the rest of the comapny at the time.
