My understanding was the tonnage was near completion and the supply contract was to shortly follow.but then we had an annoucement that a director bought off market. This i think puts them in difficult position if thwy release price sensitive info a week later. I think that period is 4weeks guess where that 4 weeks puts us? Mid to end of november. Might be right might be wrong.
