After some thought and how i understand things...
Blackswan investments is a partenrship of SIPA and the Chileans, where the Chileans own 51 % ?
What it to stop Blackswan investments making a takeover of SRI at 20 or even 25 cents per share ( when they find the copper they are expecting to find - and why would the Chileans invest if they do not expect something largish??) and leaving long term holders of SRI with nothing but a small return on their shares?
