Theory....

COULD IT BE...That we only have 1 manufacturing facility which is the one we purchased. I understand we have a grow site in QLD but what if the Manufacturing license application in Oct 2017 was only based on plans for a Manufacturing facility. I've gone through most of the Anns and I cannot find anywhere that the QLD grow site is actually another Manu facility. What if when we purchased the Northern NSW facility, and lodged 2nd Manu License application, the first one was scrapped BECAUSE THEY WERE JUST PLANS! So basically we haven't had a pending application from Oct 2017 but only Feb/Mar 2018. Please feel free to share your thoughts.
