Very interesting TT. All the donkeys on this forum pushing the RCT guff. Seems like a single arm study is good enough for Boston to get FDA approval. Can’t wait for all the donks on this forum to trash this positive outcome.
An RCT never made much sense with Oncosil anyway. Oncosil is not in competition with chemo. Oncosil competes with high beam radiotherapy not chemo. In fact the better the chemo the better the Oncosil treatment since both are working together to achieve the same outcome. What is excluded is high beam radiotherapy. So, what is the point of an RCT when your only excluding high beam radiotherapy in the equation?? And in many cases high beam radiotherapy is not acceptable treatment since it is not targeted and can do too much tissue damage.
