The problem is that the cost of production per tonne has always been a very rubbery figure. At first it was ~$90 then $110 to $120/t and I think someone squeaked $150/t at one stage.
You can have all the infrastructure you want. The project still is OVER 1000km from PORT!!!!
Name me another bulk tonnage project that got up and running at 1000km from port?!?
Besides, the buzz is around Potash now, not Phosphate.
