I disagree a bit fluffy, its nice he is keeping it real and a normal bloke and we all have the same goal at the end and that's to have a huge resource and all makes loads of cash.
Him and Brad seem like really nice blokes and have good business heads, rather have them manage this project then some stuck up nerd who says nothing and you feel like he is in it just for his own gains.
Just my thoughts.
